One man seems to think so. There is a lawsuit pending right now to force investigation into Barack Obama's citizenship and birth country. The U.S. Constitution clearly states that in order to run for the U.S. Presidency, a candidate must qualify three criteria:

1) Be at least 35 years old
2) Live in the U.S. for at least 14 years
3) Be a natural-born citizen

Philip J. Berg in Ohio believes that Obama doesn't meet the third qualification. It's not a matter of whether or not Obama is a U.S. citizen... it's about whether or not he is a NATURAL born citizen. And this lawyer has information suggesting that Obama was born in Kenya and was a citizen of Indonesia before moving to Hawaii. He has taken this to court and filed a lawsuit to have the official documents revealed.

However at this point in time, nothing has happened. This lawyer insists that if Obama has nothing to hide, then he shouldn't be hiding.

I don't know if this man has hard-core evidence or not, but I have to admit I'm disappointed that no one but this man's litigation team has had any interest in verifying Obama's natural-born citizenship.

And to make matters worse, if indeed there IS proof that is brought to light of Obama's birth in Kenya, how tragically sad and pathetic it would be if he made it this far by lying about it and deceiving everyone. I cannot even think about it.
